TENNIS POLICIES

Players needing a racquet, can use our complimentary adult & junior demos for the first week. There is a $10 adult/$5 junior racquet rental fee to continue using these for the session. We can find you the right model based on your budget and level of play. Our prices are competitive, and our advice will save you time and money. The rental fee is deducted from the price of the new racquet. Basic junior racquets are $25 and up, and adult racquets start at $30.

Players are encouraged to bring tennis sneakers or an equivalent sturdy shoe (not running shoes) that provides good lateral support. Water, a hat and sport sunglasses are helpful.

REFUND POLICIES

before Monday start of new session ( 100%)
after Monday start of new session (50%)
after 1st class : none
no refunds or credits for rainouts (these are made up per rainout policy below) or for missed classes (see make up policy below)
lessons not taken during a 5 week session , do not carry over to the next sessions

GENERAL

Adult class sizes are limited to 8 players. Your understanding is appreciated when there is an occasional 9 in a class (due to a scheduling error)

Only Parents of 5-7 year olds ,are allowed on the court if necessary, and should be available in case your child needs assistance.

Please limit coaching from the sidelines since it is can confuse your child and is disruptive to other players.

-Junior class sizes: LEVEL 1 ( AGES 5- 7year old range we prefer no more than 6 kids/instructor)

LEVEL 2 (AGES 8-11 years) & LEVEL 3 (AGES 12 +), usually 8 kids/instructor, with additional instructor where needed.

MISSING A CLASS

RAIN OUT POLICY

classes rescheduled by extending the hour the following week(s) on the day of the original rained out lesson or offering additional times
check rainout cancellation status and new makeup class time status: tennismadesimple.com/info.htm
you are responsible for confirming your makeup class attendance (email or text or online form)
you may get a cancellation call /text if it rains last minute
certain junior classes will be held indoors on the racquetball courts at Heritage Hotel and will not be affected by rain

ADULT and JUNIOR MAKE UP POLICY

subject to availability
when missing a class, advanced notice required (12 hrs notice preferred by email, text or in class if time allows)
must be used within the current session (5 wks)
first makeup is FREE if you cancel (give notice by text/email/phone or on the court-if time permits) within 12 hours of class
any makeup beyond the free one is charged a $5 rescheduling fee

No groups classes on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and between Christmas and New Year's Day
